It's so much more fun to workout with friends
A friend, or a bunch of friends to exercise with is the key to getting in your workout.
It's so nice when you have a buddy to be accountable to, someone who cares if you exercise, someone who cares that you are going to meet up with them.
Here are a couple of exercise ideas to do with your friends:
- Sports- any kind of Sport- ball, water, dance, etc.
- Running/Jogging/Walking with friends- have a friend that is about your pace, or even one that can push you to go faster.
- Mommy groups- working out with other Moms while the kids play or join in!
- Hiking with friends
- Meeting up with friends to workout at the gym, indoor classes, or even at someone's home.
Any other ideas of ways you workout with your friends?
I also love that when you workout at home, your little friends are by your side.
These little ones make getting in my workout hard at times, but I have found that it is now our routine, and they jump right in and join.
Our friends push us to work hard and get better each time.
