Favorite Picture Books

Hannelore's Favorites:
1.  The Day the Crayons Quit
This could be under Mom's favorites too.  It is such a fun and creative way to look at the "life of a crayon".
2.  Click, Clack, Moo: Cows That Type
Hannelore loved it because it said Click, Clack, Moo a lot.  Since it had a lot of repetition she could "read" with me.  She also loves saying moo and there are ducks in the book too and she loves to say quack.
3.  ABC T-Rex
Hannelore has tried so hard to say her ABC's for quite some time now.  So this was fun for her to say them as we read the book.
4.  1, 2, 3 to the Zoo
Animals and counting.  What more could a two year old ask for.  She absolutely loved this book.

Mom's Favorites:
1.  Pantone: Colors
I love colors.  They make me happy.  It was so fun to look through this book and read all the Pantone color names.  Hannelore loved pointing to each of the paint swatches and having me read the names.
2.  The Paper Bag Princess
I think every mom loves a book that their children love, but also teaches good valueable lessons.  That is this book to a T.  Hannelore loved it, but it had a great lesson to learn.  I love how the princess is strong, not weak.
3.  Ice Cream: The Full Scoop
I learned so much from this book.  It was amazing.  I was so enthralled in it and then I looked down at Hannelore and she was just as enthralled.  Seriously, such an informative book!
4.  Mailing May
I love the cover of this book.  I also loved the story.  Such a cute book!
