Happiness is up to you - October Quote

This year I have been focusing on ONE word in particular...HAPPY or HAPPINESS!  I have put up quotes all around my house to remind me of this word.  I have bought shirts for my daughter and I that have quotes about happiness on them.  There are many reasons that I picked this word, but one particular reason is that I started a "Happiness Project" after the "Happiness Project" that Gretchen Rubin did.  She wrote a book all about it and I wholeheartedly recommend this book (find it here).  It has changed my life and I am so grateful for Gretchen Rubin for that!
