My need for more positive energy in my life

In November I am focusing on having more positive energy in my life.  I am focusing on laughing and staying in my happy places (mentally and physically).  I wanted to focus my quote this month around positive energy.  When I found this quote I knew I wanted this posted in my house for the month of November.  

Since November is usually focused around being thankful I am hoping this can be easier for me.  I am hoping that I can really focus on being positive and bring in the holiday season feeling refreshed instead of exhausted.
