Easiest Chicken Dinner Ever!!!!

This meal is the easiest meal to put together.  I have some picky eaters in my house and this recipe was a hit!  It only takes 6 easy steps!  So simple.
Ingredients:
  • Chicken Breasts (3 is what I used for this post, but I have done only 2 and 4 as well)
  • Stick of butter
  • Dry Italian dressing dry mix
  • Potatoes
  • Veggie mix (I used the frozen mix of broccoli , cauliflower, and carrots)

Directions:
1.  Melt the butter.
2.  Place chicken in the center of a 9x13 baking dish.
3.  Place veggies on both side of the chicken (potatoes on one side and mixed veggies on the other).
4.  Sprinkle Italian mix over all contents in dish.
5.  Pour melted butter over all the contents as well.  I did not say it was the healthiest meal for you *wink.

6.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.  There you have it.  As simple as that.
This is a great meal to do if you are bringing a meal to someone.  The only problem I had was that I like to bring meals to people in disposable dishes and this affected the time that it required to cook.  It did for me at least.  So make sure to keep your eye on it if you are doing that.  If you are using a glass baking dish then you are good to go on the directions above!  Enjoy!

This looks delish! I know what you mean about things cooking differently in disposable dishes. I almost ruined a batch of cinnamon rolls cooking them in a disposable pan. :(

I was so upset when it wasn't cooking the same, but I made it through and I learned a lot!
