Shambray: Women's Button Down Shirts (Minimalist Wardrobe List: A 36 Piece Wardrobe)

Women's button down shirts can be casual, but they can certainly be more dressy as well. That is what I like about them. Since I have two in my wardrobe I usually try to get one of each style. A more fancy one that might require a bit more care and then one that is more casual.

Ways to wear women's button down shirts

I wear my button up shirts with anything and everything. I can wear either of them with my skirts. I have one that is kind of denim material so I try not to wear them with my cuffed jeans because I want more variation. So I go to my colored shorts or my black pants for that shirt. Just like my other shirts I try to find short sleeved shirts so I can layer in the Fall and Winter, but still wear them in the Summer and Spring.
